These Chocolate Nest Easter Cupcakes are easy to make and taste great!
Ingredients:
- 100g Self-Raising Four
- 140g Golden Caster Sugar
- 25g Cocoa
- 225g Soft Butter
- 3 Medium Eggs
- 140g Icing Sugar
- 85g of milk chocolate
- Galaxy Golden Eggs (for decoration)
- Flakes (for decoration)
- Milky bar Mini Eggs
Method
1) Pre-heat the oven to 190C/Fan 170C and put 12 cupcake cases into a cupcake tray.
2) Mix the Self-raising, golden caster sugar, cocoa, 3 eggs and 140g of the soft butter together to make the cake batter.
3) Fill the cupcake cases with the batter and cook for 12-15mins in the oven.
4) For the frosting, microwave the chocolate on high for 1 minute. Cream the butter and sugar together and then beat the melted chocolate into the mixture.
5) Spread the frosting over the cupcakes and decorate with the flake and chocolate eggs!
