The following terms and conditions of sale constitute a binding agreement between Quality Discounts and its customers which applies to all purchases made on the Quality Discounts website. The Quality Discounts website is an e-commerce site wholly owned by QD Commercial Group Holdings Ltd. We remind customers that these terms and conditions do not affect their statutory rights. Please read them carefully, you may print a copy for future reference. By printing, you agree not to change these Terms of Sale presented by us. All other terms and conditions including those in any order submitted by you are expressly excluded and shall have no effect. We reserve the right to add, suspend, cancel, remove or otherwise modify any of our offers without further notice. Orders placed by you via our website are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by delivery of the goods to you. The processing of your payment and acknowledgement of your order (including sending you an email confirming your order is being processed) does not constitute legal acceptance of your order. Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.

Ordering online from Quality Discounts is easy. All card transactions take place on a secure server and we accept all major Credit and Debit cards, we also accept payments from PayPal. Just add the required items(s) to your shopping basket and follow the prompts displayed. Your acceptance of these Sale Terms by clicking on the "confirm order" button represents an offer of contract from you only; it is not binding until accepted by us. Any errors or omissions in any sales literature, dispatch note, invoice or other documentation or any information issued by us from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on our part. The responsibility is Yours for ensuring the accuracy of any order submitted by you, and for the giving of such information as is necessary relating to the Sale Terms and delivery, enable us to deliver the goods to the billing address notified by You. Your goods will follow accompanied by a dispatch note issued to you.

Placing Orders
By our terms, you must be 18 or over to place orders (make a contract) with Quality Discounts and agree to our Order Cancellation & Refund Policies. Falsifying this document is a serious offence; we will prosecute to the full extent of the law. We may also make age verification checks before processing any order.

Retail selling prices include value-added tax where applicable, at the U.K. standard rate. This is not a TAX invoice. We are constantly 'price checking' all major competitors to keep the prices low, to give you the customer great service and value. We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice.

Gift cards are only redeemable against goods purchased at Quality Discounts. This gift card can also be redeemed against goods purchase in-store. This card cannot be used at any in-store café, restaurant or concession. This card cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given where a sales transaction is for an amount less than the balance on the card but the balance may be applied to future purchases. The gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the card issue date. If the gift card is not used within 12 months from the date of issue, the card will expire and the balance will be forfeited. Gift card balance can be checked in-store- just ask a member of staff on the till. Lost, stolen or damaged cards cannot be replaced so please look after this card just like cash. We will communicate with you by e-mail.
