Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Pitted Dates
- 2 tablespoon of Honey
- 4 tablespoon Cocoa
- Dark Chocolate
- ½ Cup Desiccated Coconut
- ½ Cup Sunflower Seeds
- 2 tablespoon Water
- 5 Weetabix
Method:
In a food mixer, mix Weetabix, Dates, Sunflower Seeds, Desiccated Coconut, Cocoa, Honey and Water. Mix until the mixture can mould together.
Once mixed put it in a tray lined with baking paper and press the mixture so it’s compact.
Melt the dark chocolate and pour over the mixture and spread it all over. Put the brownie in the fridge to set.
Once set cut into squares then enjoy!
