The easy-to-adjust temperature range, between 40-70?, makes the freeze dryer machine to dry at a temperature which is right for specific foods. Five trays are included to hold lots of food inside and separate them hygienically. Set the timer between 1-48 hours so you can leave it to do it's magic, complete with an LCD display to see and change the settings easily.
