This Abdominal Trainer with a pair of resistance bands from HOMCOM is made with a steel frame that supports up to 100kg in weight, it is fitted with padded knee and elbow rests to allow you to work out comfortably. It features an integrated LCD monitor that provides information about calories burnt, count and time, allowing you to monitor your progress accurately and easily. Finished with grip pads on the end of feet, the floor will be protected whilst you work out on your abs, thighs and more.
